Guest Capacity & Attendance Guidelines

To ensure every guest enjoys the full charm of our cozy cottage, maximum capacity per celebration is 20 people total.

This includes:
• Up to 8 children (10 maximum with an additional charge)
• One accompanying adult per child

Any additional guests must be discussed and approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

A Royal Celebration

At The Princess Cottage, every guest is treated like royalty and celebrated for exactly who she is.

A private celebration inside our whimsical cottage with a hostess to set up, clean up, and guide all party activities.

A special tea cup and tea pot for the birthday girl to choose & use during her celebration.

A keepsake craft (choice of decorating a frame, mirror, or crown).

A character cut-out (choice of Taylor Swift, Demon Hunters, Tiana, Snow White, Jasmine & Aladdin, or Fancy Nancy).

A sparkle session with blush, perfume, and a temporary tattoo (for entertainment purposes only)

Along with a complimentary lip gloss for each guest to keep.

Guests explore the Princess Closet full of accessories and surprises.

Each guest announced onto the stage, with the birthday girl introduced last.

The birthday princess is crowned with a sparkling tiara and sash- a special gift from us.

Guests can enjoy singing and dancing on stage.

Features magical photo spots and hidden fairy doors to discover. Along with a tiny mailbox to leave the fairies a note on the way out!

A sweet celebration moment to sing Happy Birthday and enjoy cupcakes, you bring, in our dining room. Complimentary lemonade for guests & coffee for adults.

Paper plates, cups, napkins, and candles are provided.

Each guest chooses a small prize from our treasure chest upon departure.

Party favors may be brought and passed out at the end of the celebration.

• Guests may bring cupcakes and bottled juice for the celebration.
• Tea sandwiches may be permitted with prior discussion and approval.
• Individual juice boxes, bottled water, canned beverages, pizza, and other outside food are not permitted.
• Outside decorations are not permitted.
• Party favors may be brought and handed out at the conclusion of the celebration.
