At The Princess Cottage, we specialize in fully hosted birthday celebrations inside our whimsical little cottage. Our calm, tea-party-style experience is thoughtfully designed around what girls love most: a hands-on keepsake craft, music and stage sing-along moments, charming photo opportunities, and a sweet birthday finale in our dining room. We handle every detail — from setup to cleanup — with kindness and care, creating an intimate, meaningful celebration that feels both magical and refined.

How the Celebration Unfolds
Our birthday celebrations are thoughtfully guided from beginning to end, creating a warm, joyful flow that allows each guest to feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly part of something special.
Arrival & Welcome
Guests are greeted inside our whimsical cottage.The Guest of Honor selects a special teacup and teapot to use during the tea-party-style birthday moment at the end of the celebration.
Creative Keepsake Moment
Each guest designs a hands-on keepsake craft to decorate and take home — choosing from a frame, mirror, or crown — creating something meaningful to remember their time together.
Stage & Celebration Time
The group gathers for singing and dancing on stage to the Guest of Honor’s favorite songs, along with whimsical photo opportunities, including a themed character cut-out of your choice. A touch of sparkle is added with blush, perfume, a temporary tattoo, and a take-home lip gloss — all for entertainment purposes only. The Guest of Honor enjoys a grand stage entrance, is crowned with a tiara and sash, a special gift from us.
The Dining Room Finale
The celebration concludes in our charming dining room with an elegant tea-party-style birthday moment. We gather to sing “Happy Birthday” while enjoying cupcakes and pink lemonade.
Candles and paper products (cups, plates, and napkins) are included, along with pink lemonade for guests and complimentary coffee for adults.
A Gentle Timing Note for Families
Because we host celebrations before and after yours, this dining-room birthday moment serves as the official conclusion of your event. We kindly ask that guests prepare to depart promptly at your scheduled end time so we may welcome and prepare for our next royal guests with the same care and attention.
Perfect for Tweens
Many of our celebrations are especially popular with girls ages 8–13 who enjoy crafting, music, chatting, laughter, and celebrating with their closest friends.
Our tweens love the stage moments, personalized music, hands-on activities, and the feeling of being celebrated in a space that feels fun, welcoming, and just the right mix of whimsical. Everything is thoughtfully designed to create a seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable celebration.
Attention
For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 3 are not permitted inside the cottage.
Infants are welcome in carriers only.
Strollers and free movement for very young children are not permitted due to space and safety considerations.
The Birthday Princess may arrive up to 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Celebrations must begin and end promptly at their scheduled time. As there are parties prior to and after yours.
For safety, children's dresses should not drag on the floor or include long trains to prevent tripping.
Shoes must have non-skid soles & slipper shoes are not permitted
