The Princess Cottage Client Contract
Please read this contract carefully. By submitting your booking and the required payment, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, children under the age of 3 are not permitted inside our facility under any circumstances.
*NOTE:
For the safety and comfort of our guests, infants are welcome in carriers only. Strollers and free movement for little ones are not permitted inside the cottage.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Details:
The celebration accommodates the Princess of Honor and up to seven guests. A dedicated hostess will oversee and manage all party activities. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at time of booking to save your date & time, and the remaining balance is due, no later than 7 days prior to the date of your party. No refunds; reschedules may be arranged due to illness or extreme weather. (With discussion and approval)​.

Decorations
The venue is decorated in a specific style; therefore, no outside decorations are allowed. The client is responsible for any damages caused by their guests during the event. Any additional services requested by the client may incur extra charges.

Timeliness:
Other parties may precede or follow yours, so it is essential to adhere to your time slot. Guests may arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to the start of your party-- no exceptions. (Unless additional time was previously arranged and paid for).

Food and Beverages:
Guests are welcome to bring cupcakes and a bottled beverage to be enjoyed for your celebration. No cakes, no juice boxes, and no individual sized drinks. You may also bring tea sandwiches. Please let us know in advance if you choose to do so.

Behavior:
All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Princess Cottage will issue a single warning for unruly conduct before asking guests to leave the premises.
Liability
By acknowledging this contract and submitting your booking, you release The Princess Cottage LLC from any potential liability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Princess Cottage LLC and its employees from any damages, loss, or injury that may occur.

Should any property of The Princess Cottage be lost or damaged due to the activities of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse The Princess Cottage LLC for the replacement or repair of said property.
By submitting your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this contract, and you agree to hold your entire party responsible for the terms outlined herein. Please note that a reservation cannot be confirmed without a $50.00 deposit as specified in this contract. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the date of the celebration.
